About Strathium Property Management

Strathium Property Management is a platform where real estate properties, such as House, Land, Commercial buildings and Estates can be listed (or advertised) for rent or sale.

Real estate agents use this platform, on behalf of property owners, to showcase properties publicly so as to get interested clients to buy or rent.

Interested parties (or clients), also known as property hunters, are people who are searching for specific properties to rent or buy. They are also able to search the Strathium website, using their specific requirements to narrow down on the property they are looking for.

Real estate agents can add (or list) properties by clicking the
Add button at the top of the Properties list page. Sign-up is required for this.

Real estate agents can add specific property details, including media items such as videos or pictures.

Only 1 video can be added and this is optional. Videos show the view of the property, usually both outside and inside views. Videos submitted for a property are automatically uploaded to the Strathium YouTube channel. This allows for more public exposure thereby increasing public views across social platforms.

A property can be provided with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 pictures. If a video is provided, pictures can be omitted. The policy also allows for both 1 video and pictures within the stated limit.

Once the property details are saved, the property is publicly listed and can be viewed by anyone on the Internet. Social share buttons are available for X (formerly Twitter), WhatsApp, and Facebook.

Properties can be rated or reviewed by users except the user who created it.

If a property has been found to violate Strathium’s terms and conditions, it can be reported using the Report Abuse button.

Properties can be searched for using filters. These are criteria values that the user provides during the search to help narrow down the search list to what they are looking for. These filters include:

Category:

This gives a Group list of properties available on Strathium. You can click on any category to filter the search results to ONLY properties in that category.

Select "All Sub Categories" if you have no specific sub-category or just want to include all.

Location:

Properties are also grouped by their locations and can also be used to filter the main search results. Clicking on any location will show only properties in that location.

Select "Any" if you have no specific Location within the selected City.

List Type:

The List Type tells you what the property is listed for. This can only be for rent or sale.

Selecting any value will display the results of properties in that list type.

Price Range:

This is used to specify your budget. For example, if you are searching for properties for rent with prices between 200 and 500 in your selected country currency, simply set the Min value to 200 and the Max value to 500.

Click the Load button to apply this filter.

Auto-Share

Strathium has an automated service that shares each listed Property to Strathium’s social channels like Facebook, X(Twitter) and the likes of them.

Each property gets 1 free auto-share.

You can upgrade your plan to access the Daily Auto-Share feature where all your listed Properties will be shared on a daily basis at a specific time slot.

You can view these details from the Statistics page by clicking the "Statistics" button on any Property page when logged in.

Summary

Stathium Property Management web platform offers you tools and services to help search for or advertise properties for rent or sale.

As part of the listing process on Strathium, videos uploaded for Properties are automatically uploaded to Strathium’s Social Channels such as YouTube and the likes of it. These are uploaded with privacy level Public. This is an added means of exposure to ensure that your Property ad reaches a much wider audience outside of Strathium.

Property URLs are also periodically shared automatically to Strathium’s social channels like Facebook, X(Twitter) and the likes of them. This is included in your Privacy Policy.
